Active tasks are those in To do, In progress or Review; completed and deleted tasks do not count. Business is priced per paid seat. Seat count, subtotal, tax and final terms are shown in the app before you confirm.
Agent usage is billed separately.
Additional usage is $0.0002 per unit, capped at $49 per UTC calendar month before subscriptions and taxes. Tools have different unit costs; units are not tokens.
Paid overages need a separate opt-in and payment authorization. Usage is invoiced per UTC calendar month, separately from the base subscription. Trials have no overages.

Where is my data stored?
TaskSaber uses an account and stores your workspace on our servers. Your browser or app may keep a local cache. An internet connection is required to sign in and sync.

No. The same task data, configuration, clock and viewer produce the same score every time, and you can read every point. Only the agents you connect ever receive task content.
Raw JSON workspace backup and CSV task export on every plan, for data you are authorized to read, including after a subscription lapses. Formatted PDF task reports come with Individual and Business.
You start one 14-day trial of Individual or Business in the app. No card, no automatic charge. A Business trial covers 10 seats including the owner. When it ends, you choose whether to buy.
Your plan runs to the end of the paid period, then stops. A failed renewal gets one 7-day grace window. You keep read access and raw exports after a lapse.
