Stop deciding what to work on.
Task apps store your work and leave the hard part to you: choosing what comes first, again every time something changes. TaskSaber makes that call. It weighs priority, deadlines, what’s blocked and who’s waiting, then hands you the one task to do next with its reasons.
See how it decidesFree for up to 50 active tasks. No card needed.

Five fictional tasks. Try anything; nothing is saved.
TaskSaber makes the call your task app leaves to you.
A list goes stale the moment something moves: a date gets closer, a blocker clears, someone starts waiting on you. TaskSaber re-ranks every open task when that happens, by eight rules you can read, so the top of the list is always the current answer.
What it weighs
- Priority
- The number you give it, 0 to 100. The biggest single weight.
- up to 50
- Due date
- Builds over the last 14 days and peaks on the day.
- up to 35
- Time waiting
- Rises over a task’s first 30 days, so nothing is quietly forgotten.
- up to 10
- What it unblocks
- Work that other tasks are waiting on moves up.
- up to 12.5
- Teammates waiting
- More when other people can’t start until it’s done. Shared workspaces.
- up to 15
- Business impact
- Revenue or customer weight an owner records. Business plan.
- up to 12.5
- Deadline chain
- On the critical path to a milestone, or running out of buffer.
- up to 10
- Blocked
- Waiting on another task costs points and keeps it out of Signal.
- −15
When the answer changes
- You add, edit, finish or snooze a task.
- A blocker is finished, so the work behind it can start.
- A due date comes inside 14 days. It climbs every day after that.
- A teammate’s task starts depending on yours.
- A slipped task eats into the buffer of the work after it.
- Time passes. The app re-checks the clock every minute while it’s open.
Each change re-ranks every open task by the same rules. A task scoring 65 or more is Signal; the rest wait with a reason.
Prioritization nobody has to enforce.
Monday, 9:04. Twenty‑three open tasks, scored by the same rules for everyone on the team. Three carry the week, and the other twenty wait with a reason. Nobody had to run a triage meeting to get there.

Three that matter
96Fix the double-charge on 3 customer accounts
Due today at priority 92, and John and Jane can’t start their work until it’s done. A customer is being billed twice right now.
81Reply to Halvorsen on the contract redline
Due Wednesday at priority 70. John and Jane are waiting on the answer before they can move.
73Send the vendor renewal before the price lock ends
Due Friday at priority 70. The revenue at risk recorded on the task adds business impact, a Business plan factor.
Where the other 20 wait
In Focus and on the Board they sit under Can wait, each with the engine’s reason.
- 8 are blocked by another task. Blocked work is never Signal; once the blocker is done, it is scored again.
- 10 aren’t due soon. Urgency only builds inside the last 14 days before a due date.
- 2 are snoozed. They stay out of the ranking until the day you chose.
A fictional team on the Business plan, scored by the app’s engine. Teammates waiting and business impact need a shared Business workspace; every other rule works the same on every plan.
Every ranking shows its arithmetic.
No model decides your priorities. Flip a fact about this task and every point that moves is accounted for.

A blocked task stays out of Signal until its blocker clears, whatever its score. Teammates waiting needs a shared workspace, and customer impact is a Business plan field. On Free and Individual both stay at zero.
Your SI agent gets the same answer.
Connect an MCP client and it asks TaskSaber what to do next, with the same score and reasons you see, instead of re-reading your whole backlog to guess. Agent use is metered in units, and every plan includes some, Free too.
On your own, or with a team.
The scoring is the same on every plan. What changes is how much you can keep and who shares the list.
On your own
- Free: up to 50 active tasks and 3 projects, with no card
- Capture, scoring, Focus and the board on every plan
- JSON and CSV export whenever you want your data out
- Individual removes the limits and adds the Gantt timeline, PDF reports and integrations
With a team
- Business adds an organization: one shared workspace with roles
- Business‑impact scoring: customer, revenue at risk, SLA
- Teammates waiting on a task raise its score
- Add seats when you need them and pay only for the rest of the period

How long until it’s useful?
One task. Capture it and TaskSaber scores it, ranks it, and explains it before you’ve typed the second task. There is no setup phase, no template to choose from, and nothing to import first.

No. Scoring is a fixed formula over priority, dates, age and dependencies, and you can read every point on every task. Your own agent can use TaskSaber over MCP; nothing inside TaskSaber guesses.
Every plan includes TaskSaber’s core features, including quick task capture, task scoring, the Focus view, project boards, and JSON and CSV exports. The Free plan supports up to 50 active tasks and 3 projects. Individual removes those limits and adds the Gantt timeline, PDF reports, and integrations with other tools. Business includes everything in Individual, plus team seats and business-impact scoring for prioritizing work based on its value to the organization.
Both. Personal use is free. A team needs Business, which adds an organization with a shared workspace, roles and business-impact scoring, priced per seat. The ranking rules are identical, and anyone you invite can join from any plan.
With your email and password. Each time, we also email you a 6-digit code to confirm it’s you. The code works for 10 minutes, and you can ask for a new one from the same screen.
Only the channels you name, only as signals with a stated rule, and only if you connect it. Signals show on your Insights page and never change a task’s score. The only way a message becomes a task is you choosing Add to TaskSaber on it, and the message text never reaches the browser.
Any time, from Settings: a JSON backup of your whole workspace (tasks, projects, milestones, comments, saved views, board columns and working hours) and a CSV of every task. Deleting your account schedules it 30 days out, and you can cancel any time before then. When the 30 days are up, your workspace content and sign-in are erased and every device is signed out. If you own an organization that still has other members, deletion waits until you transfer ownership. Link keeps its own billing and tax records.
Free, Individual at $12.99 a month ($9.99 billed annually), Business at $29.99 a seat ($24.99 annually). USD before tax. Add seats any time and pay only for the rest of the current period; removed seats come off at renewal. Cancel any time and keep the period you paid for.
